Tarlabasi Mahalle Hall
Tarlabasi Mahalle Hall is a local governance structure based on the observed social practices of hospitality, neighbourliness, and space-appropriation. It aims at providing the civic infrastructure that grants robustness to the local community and support to its informal social networks. Drawing from the past, it is grounded in the present and it articulates a vision for a future of tolerance and belonging, defined not by ethnic, religious or gender confines but by shared moments of daily life in local place.
