The Peddler’s Guild proposes a collaborative model of localised standards for individual trade. The project is located in Tarlabaşı, a deprived neighbourhood of Istanbul. It empowers informal peddlers to protect their trading activities and culture. The architectural strategy is to create an infrastructure combining  service equipment with a steel tube frame structure. The customisable space and flexible layout can meet future changing requirements and sustainability. This is another renewal option for the city. The pattern can be applied to other similar neighbourhoods.
